Christmas Preps In November

Christmas Preparations

This month I will finish writing my Christmas cards, visit the shops and buy my last few items.

Also I will be purchasing any vouchers and ¬†gift experiences. I often find it difficult to choose something special and unquie for my parents. Because of this I tend to buy some gift experiences. This year I have purchased a Christmas lunch from the Bodmin & Wenford Railway, a Gin Master Distiller’s Tour at Plymouth Gin and a Camel Valley wine tasting afternoon.

So after walking Bella on a chilli morning, I’m thinking about what to have for lunch. Normally I tend to choose a warm lunch through the winter months, mostly soup. However I’ve decided to try my own variation on the trational Swiss Rosti, making mine from courgettes. This is a great lunch for everyone.. fab as a weekend brunch or a great snack if eaten cold.
