Dog Friendly Places To Eat In Cornwall

With all this glorious weather we have been having, I’m guessing everyone is thinking of where to eat alfresco… What better place to do this then near the waters edge soaking up the Cornish sea air and admiring the boats as they glide along the water. I’ve listed a selection of lovely places that don’t mind your 4 legged friend joining you, this is something that is so important for me.

 

The Pandora Inn, Mylor

The Pandora Inn dates back to the 13th century with its rustic charm and its spectacular setting on the waters edge. The Ferryboat Inn, Helford

The Ferryboat Inn is a charming rustic pub situated on the Helford River, it dates back to the 16th Century, making it a lovely authentic place to eat some gorgeous food. The stunning unspoilt views of the Helford River are amazing, plus there is an array of activities on the water in the summer to enjoy whilst your sampling the delights from the restaurant..

The Heron Inn, Malpas

The Heron Inn is situated in a little village called Malpas on the out skirts of Truro. This lovely pub offers, beautiful river views, whilst relaxing in a friendly cosy environment. The food is delicious and it has a great selection of St Austell ales and wines.

The Workingboat, Falmouth

The Workingboat is a lovely pub on the waterfront and it is where you can enjoy a glass of your favourite triple and eat whilst admiring the views across the harbour. For those of you who enjoy a beer or a cider, there are 15 on tap to choose from!! This rustic pub serves your typical pub grub with stunning views, what’s not to love about this place.

The Rashleigh Inn, Polkerris

The Rashleigh Inn is a lovely pub nestled between Par and Fowey, steeped in history this pub was formerly a coastguard station, it really does have everything for a lovely meal out, a golden sandy beach, hidden valleys, local ale and cider, a real treat for everyone. Dogs are only allowed outside.

A true traditional Cornish pub, with an extensive menu, why not order your food and sit outside and soak up the atmosphere of this traditional port.

The Watering Hole, Perranporth

This stunning beach bar is directly on the beach and the ideal place to eat some tasty food, whilst relaxing and listening to the crashing waves. This is a the perfect place to take your dog for a walk and swim before heading into this amazing bar and enjoying a lovely meal.

The Godolphin Arms, Marazion

The Godolphin Arms is lovely pub is situated opposite St Micheals mount, why not enjoy a lovely meal and relax whilst looking at the mount in all its glory, a real treat for the eye is to watch the sun set from here, truly amazing.
